As of October 1, 2006, the Aerobics Program will be offered for a small charge.
Passes may be purchased from the Fitness Center Counter as follows:

Spin Classes                               $20 per month   or   $4 per class

Aerobics  Classes                     $25 per month   or   $4 per class

Combinations                              $40 per month

Spin: This class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.  It integrates music and visualization in a complete mind/body exercise routine, and makes time fly while you get a terrific cardiovascular workout! Be sure to arrive early to set up your bike and your heart rate monitor. Bring your water bottle and a towel for this sweaty adventure! Located in the Aerobics Room. This class is FIP approved.
• Level: All levels

Cardio Weights: This class does it ALL! It alternates ST, hi/low impact aerobics, kickboxing moves with compulsory weight lifting exercises. Weight exercises are essential to maintaining lean muscle mass that keeps our bodies free from injury and excess fat. If you want to see results try this high energy workout! Located in the Aerobics Room. This class is FIP approved.
• Level: All levels

Turbo Kick: Combines elements of boxing, martial arts and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning.  F.I.P. approved.

Aqua: This is a perfect class for the summers in Del Rio! Get a great workout while you have fun in the sun. The instructor will lead you through a cardiovascular workout while using equipment to enhance the resistance of the water. Both shallow and deep water training sessions (with a flotation belt) are guaranteed to leave your body feeling refreshed and worked! Located in the XL Fitness Center Pool and the Friendship Pool. This class is FIP approved.

Body PumpDesigned to work out the entire body using hand weights as well as the body bars during class.  This class will improve your fat burning ability and change the shape of your body.
• Level: All levels

Hatha & Sunrise Yoga: Yoga is a wonderful escape from the stresses of your day. The instructor will lead you through the 3 components of Yoga: breathing, asanas (poses), and meditation. This class is guaranteed to challenge and relax all fitness levels. Start your journey to an inner peace. Located in the Aerobics Room.
• Level: All levels

Step: Want a great step workout? This class is the one for you! With a gradual build in choreography and intensity, it will take your coordination and cardiovascular endurance to the next level. Located in the Aerobics Room. This class is FIP approved.
• Level: Intermediate to advanced

(A) = Advanced

All classes are 45 minutes by contract and may last up to 60 minutes per instructor discretion.
