Arts and Crafts encompasses the wood shop, the frame shop, and craft classes.

Frame Shop

Located on Liberty Drive in Building 510, the center offers custom framing, matting, engraving, and an opportunity to "do-it-yourself" and save. In addition, the shop also offers a wide variety of craft activities.

The well-equipped shop features a complete line of mat board, glass (standard and non-glare), picture hanging hardware, tools, and a wide assortment of picture frame moldings.

The Frame Shop has a professional staff to assist in custom framing with a full line of mats and custom frames for the self-framer. Specialty items and frames can be ordered.

Located inside the shop is the art gallery, featuring limited edition aviation art and G. Harvey prints, and a small selection of craft supplies including aviation stamps, watercolors, brushes, kits and many other things a budding artist might require.

The Frame Shop is listed as a preferred dealer of limited edition G. Harvey prints at the Somerset House Publishing website. The artist, a Texas native, has been honored by the Smithsonian Institution, the American Artists' Professional League, and many more for his faithful renditions of turn-of-the-century America and the American West.
