NAF Employment Application Information

The Human Resources Office (HRO) provides two listings for jobs:

a) The NAF Positions Employment Opportunities page provides you with a list of job positions you can apply for, salaries, and other general information.

 b) The By Activities page lets you know where the job positions are located.
These listings are not actual job openings.

Required documents:

To be considered for employment:

Applicants must submit a completed application (OF 612) or résumé, supplemental data, and documents as required for applicable positions or preference programs to be placed in our Applicant Supply File. Hiring is done through the Applicant Supply File (applications already on file). NOTE: A résumé must include all information requested on OF 612.

Supplemental data:

We ask that you complete the information on this sheet so that we can better serve you. Due to past experience, we find it helpful to know some information in advance, as to the type of schedule and salary you are willing to accept, preference programs you are applying for, etc. For example, if you are definitely not interested in weekends, and the position available is only for weekends, then we do not consider you for that particular position, saving you and us valuable time. So please, help us help you. Thanks.

Do not wait for an actual job opening announcement as positions are normally not advertised. You may miss out if your application is not on file.

  • Applications will remain on file for 90 days and will be removed from our files after 90 days unless the applicant contacts us before the expiration date.

  • Submit one application for each position title you are interested in.

  • Job/volunteer experience should cover five years. Use bond paper if necessary.

  • Copies of applications are accepted; however, applications must have original signature.
