The Human Resources Office is responsible
for, and administers, the Nonappropriated Funds (NAF)
Personnel Management Program. Human Resources provides job
information for NAF applicants and guidance on personnel
matters to employees and supervisors.

Employment Procedures:
You may apply for any positions you may qualify for;
however, one application for each position title is
required. When applying for a Recreation Aid or Recreation
Assistant, you may be referred for all positions with that
basic position title, depending on the qualifications
required. Some positions may be assigned to the Youth
Activities, Outdoor Recreation Area, etc.
New Applicants:
OF612, Optional Application for Federal Employment or
resume, and OF306, Declaration for Federal Employment and
Supplemental Data are used for employment consideration in
NAF activities. Be sure and include any other documents
required for the specific type of position you are applying
for or for priority consideration. Applicants are kept
active and on file for three months, after three months
applications will be destroyed unless updated by the
applicant prior to expiration.
Employment Preference:
Military Spouse, Veterans and Transition Hiring Preference
Program eligible's receive priority consideration provided
eligibility criteria for the specific program is met and
applicants are among the best qualified for the position.
Current Employees:
AF Form 2550, NAF Application for Promotion or Other
Position Change, is used for current employees applying for
other NAF positions. AF Form 2550s will remain active until
the employee resigns/terminates or withdraws the
applications.
Employment Categories:
Regular: Regular and continuous
work schedules with guaranteed hours of 20-40 per week. Most
benefits.
Flexible: Irregular work schedules or on-call and
normally no guaranteed hours but may work 0-40 hours per
week. Limited benefits.
Selections will be based on merit,
